Jake Humphrey BBC Formula One Anchor Man

"I learned a huge amount in a short space of time thanks to Jamie's skills as a driver, and more importantly, his unique ability to convey his vast amount of knowledge to a novice like me. He was encouraging, patient and positive and his approach really put me at ease. It's safe to say with my amount of natural talent I won't be the next Michael Schumacher, but I certainly felt like a world beater sitting next to Jamie. I can't thank him enough...great coach!"

Jenny Grace Caterham Graduates Racer / Caterham Championship Coordinator

"It's important to trust your instructor if you are really pushing yourself to the limit and Jamie is someone that you can really trust! He fills you with confidence allowing you to drive smoother and faster, gradually reducing your lap times with persistence and patience!

Friendly, enjoyable instruction that allows you to learn lots and have fun whilst doing so!. The more instruction I receive from Jamie the more my results improve. 4th at Spa in last race of 2008 - Come on Jamie help me get on the podium !!"

Jakob Ebrey, Renowned Motorsport Photographer and occasional Racer.

It is great working with Jamie. He has a great attitude to coaching and after only a short time had me confident in a car on a race track. With the aid of his feedback and data analysis he was able to take a racing novice with hardly any experience into a class podium finisher! The coaching was invaluable to me, when I take to the track again I will be booking more tuition to try to gain any advantage that I can on the track.

Michael Higgs Fiesta Jnr Racer

Jamie was my ARDS instructor first when I was 13 years old and my first time on the track. He was very reassuring and gave me great confidence. He has been instructing me since then and helping me to progress further. I completed the Junior Saxmax Series in 2012 and have moved up into the Fiesta Juniors this year. Jamie's approach is perfect. His knowledge is first rate and he communicates this to me as he remembers how it was when he was learning at my age. He turns somersaults to accommodate the few junior test and track sessions that become available and has never let me down. He always follows my races and knows all of my lap times and where I should have done better and where I have done well. Simply this shows….he cares! I would recommend Jamie to anyone serious about improving their racing.

Jo Polley Mighty Mini Racer

Jamie is great instructor, I had lots of bad habits installed in me from years of oval racing which he immediately identified and rectified. I felt very at ease with him in the car, he gives clear easy to understand instruction and never loses his cool even when being thrown into Paddock bend without braking! After one session at Brands with Jamie I was just 2 tenths off the fastest lap in my race there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone at any level of motorsport.

Grace Williams Mini Challenge Racer

Jamie has been an outstanding coach to have worked with in anticipation of and throughout my debut season. He never said participating in the Mini Challenge, one of the UK's most ambitious one-make championships, with no prior racing/karting experience was going to be easy; Jamie's absolute dedication "to the job", however, has made the dream of becoming a competitive driver in the series a reality for me! In hindsight, the magnitude of the task ahead of us could have been overwhelming; Jamie adopted a strategic approach to my instruction, however, that prepared me for and saw me through every progressive step of my first season as a racing driver. Jamie's ability as a driver is undeniable but it is his natural aptitude towards instruction that puts him in pole position when it comes to driver coaching!
